Online Consultations

We were inspired to set up this service by various customers who were keen to order certain very bespoke window dressings from us even though they lived outside the areas covered by our Consultants.  So if we don’t currently cover your area,  or having found the fabric you’re after on our website you feel you don’t need a Home Consultation, then our Online Consultation Service may be exactly what you’re after.

Our Online Consultation Service combines the pampering attention and expertise that we provide as part of our Home Consultation service with the power of the internet - to deliver you a totally new way of buying your soft furnishings.

Step 1: Start by browsing our website: browse our entire fabric range in our new Fabric Gallery and email or telephone if you find something you like, together with some approximate measurements. We will then email you with an indicative price.

Step 2: A pampering service for no extra cost - this service is great if you have a tricky space to dress.  Once we’ve given you a feel for our prices, we encourage you to email us photos of the window in question, and we will talk through the options with you over the phone – from advising you how to give us accurate measurements, through to the best solution for the space and how to go about installing it – and we do not charge for this service.

We will then work up a formal quotation and your finished soft furnishings will be dispatched to you (assuming you don’t want to use our installation service) within 4-5 weeks from order.
