Home Consultations Explained

Our aim is to make the process of buying curtains and blinds as simple, straightforward and enjoyable for you as possible.

We know you lead a demanding life and so our free Home Consultation service is designed to fit in around you. We are extremely flexible and frequently visit our customers during evenings or over the weekend.

We have our own branded range of over 600 silk, cotton, linen, crewel and other fabrics for you to choose from in the comfort of your own home.

We want you to be thrilled with your curtains and blinds and so we are careful to recruit Consultants who share our love of fabrics and passion for delivering you a truly dedicated, professional service.

Your initial Home Consultation is free of charge**. Your local Consultant will visit you with all of our fabrics. We do not impose sales targets on our Consultants and so they will not be pressurising you into a purchase. The Consultant is simply there to give you the benefit of their experience and expertise (if required), or to offer you practical advice and to take all necessary window measurements.

Following the Home Consultation we will prepare a quotation for you, and then it is totally up to you to decide whether to proceed to order.

** We reserve the right to charge up to £60 to cover our Consultants travel expenses – but will notify you prior to the Consultation if we wish to exercise this right.
