It works a dream here, because the curtains clear the doorway when drawn back, and also the doors open outwards into the garden. I should add that the curtains were steamed to remove any residual creases, after this photo was taken!

So pleased to see a post about this. Many people are put off having any form of bifolding doors because of the privacy problems. At least this shows that there are options for those who want to have the option of have bifolding doors (who wouldnt!).

That is a big curtain! Doesnt look like it would have been possible on this particular job (looks like door opens from the left and curtains gather on the left as well), but would have been good to have the curtain and door close the same way so that you could open the curtain partly to use the door.
